Regardless of the size of your project, Soca Interior Design follows a four step
process that produces beautiful results. By following these steps we ensure
we are keeping you informed and happy with the end results.
We love designing and look forward to working with you.
discovery
We consider this the most important step - where we listen and explore.
During discovery, we want to spend some time with you to get a better sense of what you like, don't like, and how you live as a family or work as a group.
budget
& design
No one likes to discuss budget. But we do. Whether your budget is big or small, we do everything we can to stick to it. The only surprise at the end of the process should be a good one!
The first is the schematic phase where we work through furniture layouts and lighting plans based on our shared goals. This is where the fun really starts and the ideas and dreams start to become real.
The second is where we bring the vision to life and use the narrative we developed as a guide to help keep us on track and to be sure that everything we select supports the clients' needs. We work in close collaboration with the client and the architect as well as any subcontractors or artisans.
production
installment
Work begins. Stuff is happening!
We are getting pricing, putting fabrics and wall coverings on reserve, and obtaining strike-offs. We are generating detailed drawings for cabinetmakers, window installers, and generating an accurate proposal for the client.
We are visiting the job site and getting excited for you and your new space!
We are keeping our vendors on track, and bringing the design we proposed to life!

We love seeing the happy smiles and excitement on the faces of our clients when they walk through their new home or office and see that their dreams have come to life.
